WHY FIXEDCOSTREPORT?

Before you compare, switch or cancel

First, use FixedCostReport to map out all your fixed costs. This gives you insight into your total, which commitments weigh most heavily, and where there may be room to make changes — before you start comparing, switching, or cancelling.

Áll your fixed costs, the full picture

Not limited to a single bank account, including fixed costs that cannot simply be cancelled or meaningfully compared

Independent

You are our customer, not our lead

We don’t receive any commission when you switch, cancel or sign up for a new product elsewhere

Private

No account or bank connection required

No registration required and you decide what information to enter for your analysis and report

How it works

You've been wondering about the real number for a while. Three steps turn that feeling into clarity — and clarity into confident choices.

1

Enter your fixed costs

Ready-made categories and items mean you're just filling in amounts — add your own whenever you need. Enter each cost the way it's actually billed, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and flag what's locked in versus what you could drop. The more complete your picture, the sharper every insight that follows.
2

Get your free overview and PDF

The moment your costs are in, your overview is ready: your total, your biggest categories and a first look at the findings — plus a downloadable PDF of your data, all for free. Optionally add your income or pick a country to preview how you compare.
3

Unlock your full report

One payment turns the preview into your complete PDF. You get a personal link by email — edit your numbers and regenerate the report as often as you like for a week.

What's inside your full report

The €29 report turns your number into meaning: a 10+ page PDF that runs these analyses on the exact figures you entered.

Where your money goes

Every category ranked by what it costs you, with the share of your total each one takes — so you see where the money actually concentrates.

How you compare

Your category split measured against typical households in your country — exactly where you sit above and below the norm.

The calendar effect

Which months spike, and why. The quarterly and yearly bills hiding outside your monthly view — and what to set aside so your heaviest month never squeezes you.

Room to move

What you could cancel and what you realistically can't, separated clearly — and the total you could reclaim this year if you acted on it.

Your cost floor

The minimum you'd still carry if you stopped everything stoppable — your true locked-in baseline, and the largest commitments behind it.

The income lens

Your fixed costs measured against your net income — the share committed before the month even starts, and the income drop your floor could survive.
Pricing

Free overview and PDF — pay for the full analysis

Your free PDF includes every cost you entered, your totals and free insights. The full analysis is available as a €39 one-time private report or a €29 email-linked report that can be recovered and is ready for next year. Both give you seven days to edit and regenerate your report.

“I thought I knew my fixed costs. Then I put everything into a spreadsheet and saw the real yearly total. The number shocked me — and immediately made me look for costs to cut. FixedCostReport grew out of that experience.”

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about household fixed costs, creating a complete overview, comparing your costs, pricing, privacy and your report.

01

Is this only useful if I am struggling financially?

No. It can be useful whenever you want to understand how much income is already committed, prepare for annual bills, review contracts or check whether your recurring costs still fit your priorities. It provides information and analysis; it does not assess financial hardship or replace professional advice.
02

What is FixedCostReport?

FixedCostReport is an informational tool that turns the recurring costs you enter into a structured overview and PDF report. It calculates monthly and yearly totals and, in the full report, analyses where the money goes, how your costs compare with official household data, when contracts renew, which costs may be more adjustable and what share of income is committed.
03

What do I need to enter, and how long does it take?

For each cost, select the item and enter the amount, how often it is paid, the renewal month and whether it is cancellable. You can optionally add your country for benchmark comparisons and your income for income-based insights. Most people can complete the overview in about ten minutes with recent statements or a payment overview beside them.
04

What does a report cost?

The PDF overview of your entered costs, totals and free insights is free. The full report costs 29 euro when the report link is emailed to you, or 39 euro for the private option where FixedCostReport does not store your email address and the link is shown on screen. Both are one-off payments, and both paid options include seven days of editing and PDF regeneration.
05

What do you store about me?

FixedCostReport stores the financial figures and report details you enter, such as country, household characteristics, area type and income if provided, together with the generated report. It does not ask for your name, address or bank details. Your email address is stored with the report only when you choose the emailed-link option.
