FixedCostReport sells one-time digital reports that are generated and delivered immediately after payment.
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record.

When a refund may be provided
A full or partial refund may be provided where:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- payment succeeded but the paid report was not delivered;
- a technical defect prevents meaningful access to the paid report and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period;
- the purchased report materially differs from the product description;
- a refund is required by applicable law.

Situations that normally do not qualify
A refund will not normally be provided solely because:
- you changed your mind after the report was successfully delivered;
- you disagree with the report's findings;
- information entered into the report was incorrect or incomplete;
- you did not use the seven-day editing period;
- you lost the private link for a €39 report;
- you expected financial advice or a guaranteed financial result.
This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal rights
Paid reports are digital content supplied immediately after payment.
Before purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery of the report begins.
This does not affect any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method and the relevant bank or payment provider.
Fraudulent, abusive or repeated refund requests may be refused.

No payment is made for a free report, so no refund applies.
