The service
FixedCostReport creates a fixed-cost overview and automated analysis based on information entered by the user.
The current options are:
Free — PDF overview
A free overview containing the entered cost items, totals, selected insights and a downloadable PDF.
€39 — private full report
A full analysis without FixedCostReport connecting the report to the email address used at checkout. The private report link is displayed after purchase.
The report can be edited and regenerated for seven days after purchase. The link cannot normally be recovered through email, so the user is responsible for saving it.
€29 — email-linked full report
A full analysis connected to an email address. The report link is emailed and can be recovered using that email address while the association is retained.
The report can be edited and regenerated for seven days after purchase. The figures are preserved, and FixedCostReport may send a service reminder approximately 12 months after purchase.

Reports are created automatically from the information supplied by the user and from available calculations, assumptions and benchmark data.

Payment and Paddle
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all paid orders.
Paddle processes payments, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, payment-related customer support, refunds and chargebacks. The final amount payable, including any applicable tax, is shown before payment is completed.

Delivery
Paid reports are generated and made available immediately after successful payment.
The report link appears on screen and is also emailed to you. For the €39 option, we send it once to the email address you used at checkout; we do not keep that address.
You must contact info@fixedcostreport.com promptly if payment succeeds but the paid report is not delivered.

Editing period
Paid reports may be edited and regenerated for seven days from the time of purchase.
After seven days, editing and regeneration are disabled. Existing report data or a generated PDF may remain accessible, but uninterrupted or permanent availability is not guaranteed.

Private report links
Private report links function as access credentials. You are responsible for keeping them confidential.
FixedCostReport is not responsible for access obtained through a link that you disclosed, published, forwarded or failed to secure.
Free and €39 reports are not connected by FixedCostReport to an email address and may therefore be impossible to recover if the private link is lost.

Permitted use
Reports are provided for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not resell, publicly distribute, systematically extract, reverse engineer or misuse the service, reports, website or underlying software.
All intellectual-property rights in the website, report design, software, calculations and original content remain with Dev66 or the relevant rights holder.

Availability and changes
We aim to keep FixedCostReport available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may maintain, update, change or discontinue parts of the service. Where reasonably possible, purchased functionality will continue to be provided as described at the time of purchase.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev66 is not liable for indirect loss, lost savings, lost profits, business interruption or decisions made using a report.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website and by Paddle's applicable buyer and refund terms.
