Information we process
When you use FixedCostReport, we process the information you enter to create your fixed-cost overview and report. This may include cost descriptions, amounts, payment periods, household information, income information and other figures you choose to provide.
We may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and server logs for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Free reports and €39 private reports
FixedCostReport does not associate free reports or €39 private reports with your email address.
For a €39 purchase, Paddle may collect an email address for checkout, payment and receipt purposes. We only use that address to send you the report link once. We do not keep it.
You are responsible for keeping the private report link. Without that link, we may be unable to locate or recover the report.

€29 email-linked reports
When you select the €29 option, your email address is connected to your report so that:
- the report link can be emailed to you;
- access can be recovered;
- your figures can be preserved for later use;
- we may send you a service reminder approximately 12 months after purchase.
The email association is retained for up to five years after purchase. After that period, the email address is removed from the report. The report data itself may remain stored.

- provide paid report features;
- enable editing and regeneration during the applicable seven-day period;
- recover €29 email-linked reports;
- operate, secure and improve the service;
- respond to deletion requests;

Payments
Paid orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment details, billing information, taxes, receipts, refunds and payment-related support under its own terms and privacy notice.
