FixedCostReport focuses on recurring commitments and costs that are relatively predictable. Groceries, fuel, clothing and similar expenses depend much more on day-to-day behaviour, choices and usage. Including them would turn the report into a general household budget rather than an analysis of the costs you are already committed to or can reasonably expect to recur.
